DELIVERY

Products are shipped by DHL or another courier dilivery, providing a tracking link for your convenience. Delivery services operate from Monday to Friday. It is important to note that Aglaё cannot be held liable for any delays attributed to the courier company.

In instances where deliveries are received at receptions and signed for by a receptionist, Aglaё assumes no responsibility for the package's final recipient. Upon delivery, clients are obligated to:

- Verify that the number of packages received aligns with the number specified on the delivery note

- Confirm the packaging's integrity, ensuring it is undamaged, dry, and unspoiled

Any observed damage to the packaging or product, as well as discrepancies in the number of packages or details, must be promptly reported. Clients should document the nature of the issue on the delivery note, which is then returned to the courier. Concerns regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received goods must be reported within 14 days of delivery, following the outlined procedures in this document.

SHIPPING COSTS

The costs of delivery of the products by couriers in charge are free, with the exception of a contribution of Euro 20 for shipments concerning product cost under 300 Euro.

DELIVERY TIMES

Items are generally dispatched in 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of the purchase. The time for delivery of the shipment is generally 1-2 working days for deliveries in Italy, in 1-5 working days for deliveries to the remaining EU countries and in the EEA States. It's important to acknowledge that delivery may be delayed due to various factors such as temporary product unavailability, courier delays, unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, or public holidays.

If payment is made via credit card or PayPal, order fulfillment may be delayed pending authorization or due to insufficient funds. Should your order not arrive within 8 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please reach out to Customer Services at customercare@aglae.it. It's crucial to note that the delivery lead times provided by Aglaё are indicative, and any delay or deliveries made in subsequent split consignments do not warrant the refusal of delivery, nor do they justify claims for compensation or indemnity.
